Oakleaf Camp Mailing List
Applicants to Oakleaf Camp is on a first come first served basis.
Previous and New Camper details will be maintained on a rolling mailing list in compliance with most current UK General Data Protection Regulations.
Oakleaf Camp does not utilise any form of Artificial Intelligence (A.I.) for processing applications.
Provided contact details are current, Oakleaf Campers on the mailing list will be the first to be notified. For fairness and due to time of process, invitation order will be randomised.
Correspondents who make initial contact with Oakleaf Camp are understood to have consented to a response and further communication.
Any Camper on the Mailing List who doesn't attend Oakleaf Camp within five years of their most recent consent will be automatically removed from the mailing list.
At any stage Oakleaf Campers can request to have their held details amended or instruct to be unsubscribed from the mailing list.
