Definitions
The following contact methods will be later referred to as “contact / contacting Oakleaf Camp”: (a) sending a direct [personal] message (DM) to the moderator of the Oakleaf Campers group on Facebook; (b) by posting a query in the Oakleaf Campers group; (c) by writing to the Oakleaf Camp correspondence address, or (d) by emailing tickets@oakleafcamp.org For the purposes of this document the term “Oakleaf Campers”, unless defined otherwise, will be deemed to mean both Campers previous / new and Traders. Oakleaf Camp Community Guidelines and Camp Rules are applicable for the duration of Oakleaf Camp only and should be regarded individual and separate from any terms and conditions advertised by the Wildscapes Campsite for when they are not hosting Oakleaf Camp.
