Ticket Prices - Traders

Traders and Stalls: £10.00* for every 2m LOT pitch frontage

If you are a Trader wanting to set up a stall for provision of goods and/or services for the weekend, there is a pitch fee in addition to the ticket price. This fee refers to “Lots” of two-meter frontage on to Oakleaf Camp’s ‘Market Street’ area. 

Please specify width x length your pitch will occupy on your application, as this will help us to organise how best to fit everyone in.  Guy ropes and stall fixings are required to fit within the boundary of the agreed pitch size. 

Vehicles, caravans, accommodations, other than the retail area that also border Market Street will be counted as part of the chargeable frontage.

Examples
2m = 6' 6" = one 'lot' of 2m = £10.00
3m = 9' 10" = two 'lots' of 2m = £20.00
4m = 13' 1" = two 'lots' of 2m = £20.00
5m = 16' 5" = three 'lots' of 2m = £30.00
6m = 19’ 8” = three ‘lots’ of 2m = £30.00
4m with guy ropes 1m each side = 6m = £30.00

Total pitch size will be a consideration and dependent on space available.  Oakleaf Camp doesn't do loopholes, so anyone thinking of booking a 2m x 30m sized pitch may be asked for a pitch fee in excess of £10.00 :)
