National Pandemic (in case of)
Oakleaf Camp acknowledges that communicable infection (COVID19 etc.) exists within the general population and that this can spread quickly and easily within large group gatherings.
It is not the intention or responsibility of Oakleaf Camp to confirm the current health status of attending Campers and Traders, although it hoped that attendees to the Camp recognise the need to maintain their own health and where necessary precautions to prevent transmission.
If you suspect symptoms of COVID 19, or other similar virus, do not attend the event within the Government recommended isolation period (tickets will be refunded).
Oakleaf would always recommend that attendees offer respectful social distance as a matter of courtesy.
Oakleaf Camp attendees comprise a wide mix of ages and vulnerabilities and we expect no comment to be passed on individual choice to wearing face masks and will not tolerate argument on the pros / cons, or debate regarding an individual’s vaccination status.
Some event hosts such as sweat lodge, may insist on a health disclaimer being signed before participation to ensure Campers are fully aware of any potential considerations to health.
Oakleaf Camp will always act within best interest of our Campers and as such will follow any Governmental recommendation with regard to COVID19 and/or future pandemics.
